The Kitchen Cabinet doors burst open once again!
Following the success of our winter series of The Kitchen Cabinet on BBC Radio 4, we’re
currently producing six more episodes of the food panel programme to broadcast
throughout July 2013 and into August 2013.
The Kitchen Cabinet is hosted by Jay Rayner. Itʼs a witty, fast-moving, and irreverent, programme that’s packed full of information for the home-cook. You’ll have the opportunity
to put your questions on anything and everything to do with food and drink to a panel of experts, and enjoy plenty of good-humoured conversation about cooking and eating.
We are recording a programme at Winchester Guildhall, on Tuesday 9th July.
Hosted by Jay Rayner, the show will also feature:
• Peter Barham – the food scientist who is a consultant for Heston Blumenthal and Noma in Copenhagen
• Rachel McCormack – the Glaswegian cook who is also an expert on Catalan cooking
• Angela Malik – the Scottish-Indian fusion chef and entrepreneur
• Angela Hartnett – renowned Michelin star rated chef, acclaimed food writer and broadcaster
